1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any other translated version of these terms that may be published, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

12. Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
